  • 30/hour (W-2) Are you an experienced ABA professional looking for part-time after-school hours in a supportive, center-based environment?
If you're tired of driving between clients and are looking for strong clinical support, we'd love to hear from you. The Berger Learning Group (BLG) is expanding and is seeking energetic, compassionate ABA Therapists / RBTs to join our collaborative clinical team. Unlike many ABA positions, our center-based model allows technicians to work alongside their supervising BCBA rather than independently in clients' homes, providing ongoing support, collaboration, and immediate clinical guidance throughout the day. Position Highlights Center-based ABA program
  • no in-home travel required Part-time after-school opportunities with the potential for additional hours Ongoing supervision and mentorship from an experienced BCBA in a collaborative, center-based setting Supportive, collaborative work environment where staff work closely with one another and receive ongoing clinical guidance Opportunities for free RBT training and supervision This role is ideal for ABA professionals seeking supplemental after-school hours in a supportive clinical environment Compensation & Benefits $20•30/hour (based on ABA experience and education) W-2 employment Professional liability insurance Workers' compensation coverage Ongoing clinical support and mentorship Opportunities for growth within a respected ABA practice Current After-School Openings Current needs are primarily Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday afternoons (approximately 3:30/4:00pm-6:00/6:30pm).
Additional after-school sessions may become available. Responsibilities Implement BCBA-designed treatment plans Collect and record session data Complete detailed session notes Communicate professionally with supervisors and team members Prepare instructional materials Maintain reliable attendance and professionalism Participate in team meetings and trainings Who We're Looking For Passionate about making a meaningful difference in the lives of children with autism Energetic, reliable, and team-oriented At least one year of hands-on ABA experience required Comfortable working with children who may exhibit challenging behaviors in a structured clinical setting Able to follow treatment plans independently while receiving ongoing supervision Students, recent graduates, and experienced professionals in psychology, education, ABA, or related fields are welcome to apply, provided the experience requirement is met.
Physical requirements:
ability to lift up to 50 lbs; sit on the floor, stand, kneel as needed.
