Job Description:
Are you a passionate and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) looking for a new challenge? Masterit Behavior Therapy is seeking a passionate and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team as a Clinical Supervisor at our Somerset clinic. About the
Role:
In this role, you will design, implement, and oversee high-quality, naturalistic, and engaging Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) programs for children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and related developmental delays. You will provide direct supervision to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), conduct comprehensive behavior and skills assessments, and collaborate closely with families to ensure socially valid, sustainable treatment outcomes.
Responsibilities:
Supervise BTs and provide ongoing training and support Conduct assessments and adjust treatment goals as needed Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to ensure client success Adhere to BACB ethical guidelines and ABA regulatory requirements Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans
Compensation and Schedule:
Pay Range:
$85 - $100/hour
Part-Time/Full-Time On-site Position Requirements:
Current Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required Current License in NJ, LBA required Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field Experience supervising BTs and implementing ABA programs Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills Passion for making a meaningful difference in clients' lives
