Registered Behavior Technician Join Mastermind Behavior Services in Hackensack, New Jersey, USA At Mastermind Behavior Services, we understand that every child with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) deserves a personalized approach to reach their full potential. As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you will play a critical role in helping us deliver exceptional ABA therapy services to our clients. About the Role As a Registered Behavior Technician, you will work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement evidence-based behavioral interventions to help our clients overcome challenges and achieve their goals.
You will be responsible for:
Conducting behavioral assessments and developing individualized treatment plans Implementing behavioral interventions and collecting data to track progress Collaborating with therapists and other team members to ensure seamless delivery of services Maintaining accurate records and reports to track client progress Communicating with parents and caregivers to provide updates and recommendations Responsibilities Work one-on-one with clients with ASD in a variety of settings, including in-clinic, in-home, and community-based environments Implement behavioral interventions, including positive reinforcement and behavioral skills training Collect and record data to track client progress and make data-driven treatment decisions Collaborate with BCBA and other team members to develop and implement treatment plans Communicate effectively with parents, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure coordinated care Participate in ongoing training and professional development to maintain certification and improve skills What We Offer A dynamic and supportive work environment with a team of experienced professionals The opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of individuals with ASD A chance to develop your skills and experience as an RBT [
