What You'll Do As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) you will: Conduct autism assessments and reassessments Develop individualized ABA treatment plans Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) Provide parent and caregiver training Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary team members Monitor client progress and update treatment programming Ensure documentation complies with insurance, BACB, and state regulations Help create meaningful outcomes for children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) What We're Looking For Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification Active New Jersey Behavior Analyst License (LBA) or eligibility to obtain Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field Experience providing ABA therapy to children with autism preferred Strong clinical, leadership, and communication skills Passion for ethical, compassionate, evidence-based ABA services Why Flywheel?
