Backed by a decade of clinical experience and led by an experienced Clinical Director, we're committed to providing thoughtful, high-quality ABA services for the children and families we serve. What You'll Do Conduct assessments, including FBAs, and develop individualized treatment plans Develop and oversee evidence-based ABA programming Monitor progress and make thoughtful, data-driven treatment decisions Supervise, train, and support behavior technicians Partner closely with families, caregivers, schools, and other professionals Maintain accurate clinical documentation and high standards of quality and compliance What We're Looking For Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), LBA Active NJ Medicaid Provider ID preferred Experience working with children with autism and developmental disabilities Strong clinical judgment, communication, and leadership skills Experience supervising and mentoring behavior technicians Someone who takes pride in their work and shares our commitment to exceptional care Why TeamCare ABA?
