YCS is a dynamic mental/behavioral health organization that is growing rapidly. Currently seeking a highly motivated, professional BCBA (Part Time) to assist in our PCH/IDD program. A short-term residential facility for ages 5-21 with developmental and intellectual disabilities.

A small a case-load Multidisciplinary Team Approach Administrative Support Flexible schedule CEU allowance & paid re-certification Duties Include but not limited to: Participate in initial consumer interviews/ assessment. Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments Develop Behavior Support Plans & data collection systems Train staff in implementation of Behavior Support Plans and recommended strategies. Monitor and provide support for staff in use of ABA strategies and procedures. Train families in implementation of Behavior Support Plans and recommended strategies. Work under direction of

Vice President of ABA Services Requirements:

BCBA Certification Experience required: 1 - 3 years of experience working with autism spectrum disorder or other developmental disabilities. All new hires are required to attend a 3 day orientation: Monday-Wednesday 9:00am-3:30 pm, upon hire.

Pay Rate:
