Teaching Full Job Description Key Responsibilities:
Implementing Behavior Plans:
Behavior technicians put into practice individualized behavior support plans, which may include teaching new skills and reducing challenging behaviors.Data Collection:
They meticulously record data on client progress, tracking skill acquisition and behavior changes.Collaboration:
They work closely with the BCBA and other professionals (e.g., therapists, teachers, parents) to ensure consistent and effective treatment.Training:
In some cases, they may also train parents and caregivers on how to support the client's progress.Communication:
They communicate regularly with the treatment team, providing updates on client progress and any challenges.Job Type:
