Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate, knowledgeable, and motivated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our in-home ABA team in New Jersey. The BCBA will provide high-quality, individualized Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children and families in their homes and communities. The BCBA will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, supervising RBTs and Behavior Technicians, analyzing client data, providing caregiver training, and collaborating with families and other professionals to support meaningful progress. This position is available in Middlesex, Mercer, and Monmouth counties. Responsibilities Conduct initial and ongoing behavioral and skills assessments. Complete Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized behavior intervention plans. Develop, implement, and oversee individualized ABA treatment programs. Provide clinical oversight and supervision of RBTs and Behavior Technicians. Monitor treatment implementation and ensure programs are being followed accurately. Review and analyze client data regularly and make data-driven treatment decisions. Modify treatment programs based on client progress and clinical needs. Provide direct clinical support and modeling to technicians when appropriate. Train, coach, and support RBTs and Behavior Technicians in the client's home. Provide caregiver training and teach families strategies they can use throughout daily routines. Collaborate with parents, caregivers, teachers, speech-language pathologists, occupational therapists, and other members of the client's care team. Attend treatment planning meetings and communicate regularly with families. Complete treatment plans, progress reports, session documentation, and other clinical documentation accurately and on time. Maintain compliance with BACB ethical requirements and applicable New Jersey requirements. Protect client confidentiality and maintain professional boundaries. Promote a respectful, trauma-informed, and family-centered approach to care. Support generalization of learned skills across home, school, and community environments when appropriate. Qualifications Master's degree or higher in behavior analysis, psychology, special education, or a related field, as applicable. Current BCBA certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB). Appropriate New Jersey licensure/credentialing when required. Active CaQH account Experience providing ABA services to children with autism and/or developmental disabilities preferred. Experience conducting FBAs and developing behavior intervention plans. Experience supervising RBTs or Behavior Technicians. Strong clinical, communication, organization, and documentation skills. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a clinical team. Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client homes as required. Must be able to successfully complete required background checks and fingerprinting. The ideal BCBA is someone who: Enjoys working directly with children and families in their natural environment. The BCBA will primarily work in clients' homes and may occasionally provide services or attend meetings in school or community settings.
