Part-time Position Job Summary:
Mastermind Behavior Services, a leading provider of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy, is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in Lacey Township, New Jersey. As an RBT, you will play a vital role in helping children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) progress and thrive in a supportive environment. Role:
As a Registered Behavior Technician, you will work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver individualized ABA therapy to children with ASD.
Your responsibilities will include:
Implementing behavioral interventions and strategies in one-on-one settings Collecting and recording data on client behavior Assisting with client assessments and progress monitoring Developing and maintaining positive relationships with clients and their families Collaborating with the treatment team to ensure continuity of care Providing a safe and supportive environment for clients to learn and grow
