Behavior Technician Compensation and Schedule Position:
ABA Behavior Technician, 6 year old girl

  • 7:00PM plus weekends
Salary:
$18

Behavior Technician Key Responsibilities:
Deliver in-home, one-on-one ABA therapy based on BCBA-developed plans Track client progress through data collection Support skill-building in communication, socialization, and daily living Collaborate with families for consistent treatment
Behavior Technician Qualifications:
Must be at least 18 years old. High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in Psychology or a related field is a plus. Previous experience in ABA therapy or working with children is a plus but not required. Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification preferred. Ability to pass background check.
