Behavior Technician- In Home Bounce Therapy Position Summary:
We are seeking energetic, reliable, and caring Behavior Technician to join our team for in-home clients located in the Long Branch/Ocean Twp, NJ area! Shifts -3:45pm to 6:45pm and/or 4pm to 7pm. $ 28-30. Rate negotiable based on level of experience and RBT certification. Key Responsibilities:
Implement behavior intervention plans developed by a BCBA Work 1:1 with children in their home environment Collect and record data on client behavior and skill acquisition Collaborate with families and other team members to support client progress Participate in team meetings and ongoing training Maintain professional and ethical standards in line with RBT and company guidelines
Qualifications:
Prior ABA Therapy experience required. RBT certification preferred. High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or related field preferred) Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to client homes Strong communication skills and a positive attitude Availability during after-school hours.
