Job Description

We provide Registered Behavior Technician training and supervision along with BCBA fieldwork experience hours and supervision to help each one of our employees grow within the field of Applied Behavior Analysis. Apply today! Behavior Technicians at Shape to Success will provide quality clinic based, in-home and community based 1:1 applied behavior analytic (ABA) services to children and young adults diagnosed with Autism and developmental disabilities. Services are provided under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
Responsibilities:
Work directly with the a client to implement skill acquision programs and behavior reduction programs based on the principles and procedures of Applied Behavior Analaysis Communicate and collaborate with supervising BCBA Demonstrate the use of positive reinforcement while working with clients. Utilize behavioral health software to collect data on programs and target behaviors. Write comprehensive clinical session notes. Maintain an organized and clean workspace. Attend required paid trainings and professional development workshops.
Qualifications:
Have a minimum of a Bachelor's Degree (in Education, Psychology or related field preferred) or high diploma with completion of RBT certification. Have previous experience working with children (preferred). Be able to play and engage with children. Completion of required paid trainings including Crisis training, CPR/First Aide Completion of company offered Registered Behavior Technician Coursework and certification. Strong written and spoken interpersonal and communication skills. Receptive to feedback and willingness to learn about Applied Behavior Analysis.
