ABA Behavior Technician Clinic-Based (Part-Time) - Morganville, NJ

The Social Spectrum Inc. is hiring self-motivated individuals that are open to building their leadership skills and working with children with autism for a part-time position. At The Social Spectrum Inc., we offer both in-home, community, and center based ABA services for children 18 months to 21 years of age. Our center is based in Morganville, NJ, but we accept clients from Monmouth, Middlesex County and all over the State of New Jersey. We believe that creating a happy and supportive place for children, and young adults to learn and grow starts with giving an employee the skills set and comfort of working in a place they love. We offer flexible scheduling with afternoons, evenings, and weekend availability. We provide on-the-job training in the latest skills in ABA (applied behavior analysis) as well as supervision for those who are pursuing their RBT (Registered Behavior Technician), BCaBA (Board Certified assistant Behavior Analyst), or BCBA (Board-Certified Behavior Analyst) credentials. Under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), technicians deliver 1:1 services to clients with specific treatment plans that address behavioral, community, daily living, and social skills. Must be able to collect data and submit at the end of each session Required Experience

• Minimum of completion of a High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of one year of experience with children, preferably some experience with children with disabilities and Applied Behavior Analyst (ABA)
• Exceptional communication skills
• A valid driver's license or reliable transportation to and from a session
• Able to work independently as well as in a team environment
• Must be able to meet the rigorous physical demands of the job which may include long periods of standing, sitting, following, pushing/pulling equipment, and/or lifting (50lbs +)
