PM Compensation:
$30-$35 per hour, based on relevant experience, certification, education, and qualifications Help Children Learn, Communicate, and Grow Sweet Bloom ABA Children's Therapy Center is looking for a patient, dependable, and compassionate Behavior Technician to join our center-based afterschool program. This position is a great fit for someone who genuinely enjoys working with children and wants to develop meaningful skills in applied behavior analysis. You do not need to arrive knowing everything. We are looking for someone who is eager to learn, receptive to feedback, and committed to helping autistic children build communication, social, play, learning, and daily living skills. Our center is clinician-led, collaborative, and intentionally small. Behavior Technicians work in one location, with BCBA available on site to provide guidance and support. What You Will Do Provide individualized, one-to-one ABA therapy under the supervision of a BCBA Help children develop communication, social, play, and independence skills Follow individualized treatment and behavior-support plans Collect accurate data on each child's progress Prepare and organize materials for therapy sessions Collaborate with BCBAs, other technicians, and members of the clinical team Participate in training, observation, and ongoing feedback Build positive, trusting relationships with children and families We May Be a Great Match If You Are Warm, playful, patient, and genuinely interested in working with children Calm and supportive when a child is frustrated or having a difficult moment Reliable and able to maintain a consistent afterschool schedule Open to coaching and interested in continuing to learn Comfortable working as part of a collaborative clinical team Interested in ABA, psychology, education, speech therapy, occupational therapy, social work, or a related helping profession Looking for meaningful experience rather than simply another temporary job Qualifications Bachelor's degree Previous experience with children, autism, special education, or developmental disabilities is preferred but not required Current RBT certification is preferred but not required Ability to pass all required background checks Consistent weekday-afternoon availability What We Offer Competitive compensation of $30-$35 per hour One consistent center location with no travel between clients Training and hands-on clinical guidance On-site support from
