Our Behavior Technician team is passionate about using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to make a lasting impact. Position Overview As a Behavior Technician, you will provide direct ABA therapy to children and youth (ages 2-21) in their homes and community environments. You'll work under the guidance of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement individualized treatment plans that support social, behavioral, and academic growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to youth ages 2-21 in home and community settings. Implement treatment plans and behavior strategies developed by a BCBA. Collect and record data on client progress using designated systems. Support clients with communication, social, and functional living skills. Maintain regular communication with supervisors, families, and team members. Participate in ongoing training and clinical supervision sessions.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or higher preferred). Experience working with children or individuals with special needs. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to follow clinical guidance. Willingness to complete RBT certification and ongoing professional training. Reliable transportation and ability to travel within assigned region. Registered Behavior Technicians will be in good standing with the BACB and comply with all regulations set forth under the RBT certification.

Physical Requirements:

Hand dexterity ability (ability to operate mobile device, smart phone, computer). Ability to lift up to 30 pounds. Ability to sit for extended periods of time. Ability to travel to various locations on a near daily basis.
