Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Part-Time / Summer Expansion Village Vantage LLC | Morristown, NJ + Central NJ Join Village Vantage LLC this Summer! Village Vantage LLC is a neuro-affirming ABA practice serving families across Central New Jersey. We are seeking an experienced, collaborative, and values-driven Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a BCBA who is confident, thoughtful in their clinical approach, and excited to work in a highly individualized, relationship-centered model.

Position Overview Immediate Hours:

10-12 hours/week

Summer Availability:

15-25 hours/week

Location:

Based in Morristown, NJ, with services across home, office, school, and community settings Key Responsibilities Provide BCBA supervision and oversight across client cases Conduct assessments, treatment planning, and ongoing program development Collaborate closely with parents/caregivers to support generalization and carryover Support and supervise RBTs and therapists Provide ~20% direct therapy (all BCBAs at Village Vantage maintain a direct care component) Deliver services across settings including homes, office, schools, and community environments (e.g., camps, activities) Contribute to a neuro-affirming, strengths-based, and relationship-centered clinical culture Compensation Competitive hourly pay (based on experience) Opportunity for increased hours and growth over time Strong clinical mentorship and collaborative environment Qualifications Active BCBA certification (required) Minimum 4+ years of BCBA experience Experience independently managing cases and guiding staff Comfortable working directly with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams Strong clinical judgment with a neuro-affirming, flexible approach Professional, reliable, and team-oriented Why Village Vantage?
