Job Description

Step into an exciting opportunity supporting young learners in an autism program for preschool and kindergarten students. As a critical member of a compassionate educational team, you will help create a supportive and encouraging environment, making a lasting impact on students' daily progress and growth. This contracted role runs from ASAP through June 2027, providing valuable experience and professional development within a dedicated school setting.
Key Qualifications:
Current RBT certification, or ABA training, or extensive RBT experience Completion of at least 48 college credits, or possession of a paraprofessional certificate, or RBT certification Previous work with students with autism or similar populations preferred Strong communication and collaboration skills Ability to adapt to a dynamic classroom environment and contribute positively to multi-disciplinary teams
Responsibilities:
Implement Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) strategies under supervision Work directly with preschool and kindergarten children, supporting their individual behavior intervention plans Assist with data collection and documentation to track students progress Foster social, emotional, and academic development through evidence-based practices Collaborate with teachers, related service providers, and families to promote consistency and generalization of skills Help manage classroom routines and support students in group and individual activities
