As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) at Mastermind Behavior Services, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children and adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate RBT to join our team in North Bergen, New Jersey. $25 - $30/hour Part-Time shifts available

Role:
As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you will provide 1:1 Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic. You will implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and collect and document data on client progress. Additionally, you will collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success and maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.
Responsibilities:
Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic Implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Collect and document data on client progress Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions
Requirements:
Must have or be willing to obtain the 40 hour Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) course High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred Previous experience in ABA therapy or working with children is a plus but not required Ability to pass background check Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally
