Overview A BCBA role built by a BCBA, without the burnout. No 20-client caseloads. No productivity pressure. No corporate layers between you and your clinical decisions. MY ABA is a clinician-led, owner-run in-home ABA practice growing thoughtfully across New Jersey. We're looking for a part-time BCBA in the North Brunswick area to oversee a new in-home case, with room to grow your caseload as we expand, at your pace. What you'll do Oversee treatment and adjust programming as the client progresses Supervise and support Behavior Technicians in the home Lead parent training and build strong family partnerships Complete treatment plan updates and documentation What you get $75-90/hr, W-2 Flexible scheduling that works around your life A manageable caseload you choose to grow Clinical autonomy, with backup from an owner who has been a BCBA, clinical director, and CCO at a 500+ employee ABA organization Real admin support, so you can focus on clinical work This role is perfect for BCBAs who want part-time or side work on top of a full-time role BCBAs returning from leave or balancing family Newer BCBAs who want strong mentorship without being thrown into a massive caseload What we're looking for Active BCBA certification NJ Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA), or eligible Experience with in-home ABA and parent training Reliable transportation to North Brunswick and surrounding areas Strong communication with families and BTs Interested?
