Job Description

Links ABA Therapy is seeking a part-time RBT/ABA professional in Plainfield to provide 1:1 therapy for children with autism. In this role, you will implement individualized, evidence-based ABA treatment plans under BCBA supervision, focusing on communication, social skills, and daily living skills. You will collect accurate behavior and skill data, follow behavior intervention protocols, and ensure a safe, supportive environment. Working within a collaborative, child-centered team, you'll receive ongoing training, supervision, and opportunities for professional growth while supporting children and their families. Responsibilities Implement individualized ABA treatment plans under BCBA supervision Provide 1:1 therapy to children with autism in clinic, home, or community settings Collect accurate session data and document progress in required systems Follow behavior intervention and skill acquisition protocols consistently Collaborate with supervising clinicians and participate in team meetings Communicate professionally with parents and caregivers about session activities Maintain client safety and use approved de-escalation strategies Attend required trainings and supervision to maintain competency and credentials Required Skills Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Discrete Trial Training (DTT) Behavior intervention implementation Data collection and progress tracking Treatment plan implementation Functional communication training Behavior reduction strategies Parent/caregiver collaboration Basic computer and EMR documentation Crisis prevention and de-escalation
