Partners in Learning, Inc. is the only ABA organization dedicated to providing inclusive intervention within our own licensed childcare centers . Our team of certified experts in Early Childhood Education and Applied Behavior Analysis provides exceptional training to start you off strong and continue your professional development. Immediate opportunities also available at our innovative Therapeutic Learning program with our youngest 0-3 population, as well as at various home/outreach, and school-based locations. We need you to expand our services and you deserve to make a difference alongside a team that cares about your growth! Full, Part time, and Seasonal openings for the following position: 1:1
Behavior Support Staff/RBT Required:
- Minimum High School degree
- Current NJ Driver's License with reliable transportation
- Reliable attendance for scheduled shifts a must!
Desired:
- Registered Behavior Technician Current Certification (RBT)
- 1 yr. experience with children with autism/special needs desired
- Some related college coursework or childcare experience preferred
Note:
Must pass NJ Childcare criminal background check (CARI) and complete the required NJ Childcare & CPR training sessions prior to beginning employment Benefits include:- Competitive hourly rates with $500 signing bonus & additional incentive pay as applicable

Job Types:
Immediate Full, Part-time, and Seasonal Salary:
Up to $26/hr- Hourly rate dependent upon education, certification level, experience, and case assignments.
