Why This Role Matters As an RBT or BT, you'll work directly with children in our center-based setting, helping them develop communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills. You will work alongside BCBAs and a supportive clinical team to implement individualized treatment plans in an engaging, structured environment. See the impact of your work every day. From a child learning to communicate a need, successfully interacting with a peer, or gaining a new level of independence, you will be there to help make those moments happen. How You Will Make an Impact Provide 1:1 and small-group ABA services in a center-based environment. Implement individualized treatment plans under the direction of a BCBA using evidence-based strategies such as reinforcement, prompting, NET, & DTT. Help children develop communication, social, emotional, behavioral, adaptive, & daily living skills while building independence and confidence. Accurately collect and record data, document sessions, & communicate observations and progress to the clinical team. Collaborate with BCBAs, clinical leadership, families, & team members to support consistent, high-quality care. Follow clinical protocols and maintain a safe, positive, engaging, & supportive environment for every child. Participate in supervision, team meetings, ongoing training, & professional development to strengthen your clinical skills. Maintain confidentiality & uphold all ethical & professional standards. What You Bring & Who You Are High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience working with children required. Experience with autism/developmental disabilities preferred. ABA, childcare, preschool, education, or behavioral health experience a plus. Ability to pass required background checks and health screenings. Ability to lift 40-50 lbs. Compassionate, dependable, team-oriented, and open to feedback. Comfortable in an active, center-based environment. Commitment to professional standards and ongoing development. If You are an RBT Active RBT certification through the BACB is required. If You are a BT (Not an RBT yet)…No Problem RBT certification is required within the first four months of employment.
