Job Description
Links ABA Therapy is seeking a part-time Behavior Technician in Osbornville to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism and related developmental disorders. In this child-centered, collaborative setting, you will implement individualized treatment plans, support daily living and communication skills, and collect accurate behavior data. You'll work closely with BCBAs, therapists, and families, receive ongoing training and supervision, and contribute to high-quality, evidence-based care that positively impacts each child's progress and family well-being. Responsibilities Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism following treatment plans Implement behavior intervention strategies and data collection procedures Support daily living, communication, and social skills development Collaborate with BCBAs, therapists, and families on goals and progress Maintain accurate session notes and documentation Participate in training, supervision, and team meetings Follow ethical guidelines and safety protocols during sessions Required Skills Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) implementation Behavior data collection Behavior intervention techniques Child behavior management Documentation and electronic health records Collaboration with clinical teams Basic understanding of autism spectrum disorders Communication with families and caregivers Time management for session scheduling Adherence to clinical protocols and safety procedures
