This role includes providing BCBA consultation support to staff on behalf of students with autism, developmental delays, behavior and social difficulties, and educational challenges, including in self-contained and general education settings. The successful candidate must have an active BCBA certification and their NJ License as a behavior analyst (or license pending), including experience providing consultation and professional development in-person within schools, completing FBAs and Behavior Plans; providing staff training, modeling strategies, collecting and analyzing data, and using Excel Spreadsheets. The individual must have experience participating in IEP meetings, be flexible to work with colleagues as part of a team, promote programming in the least restrictive environment, be extremely responsible, and have strong report-writing skills.
