We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)/BT-ABA Therapist to work with our afternoon therapy team in-home. As a valued member of our team, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality behavioral therapy services to individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD).
Responsibilities:
Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Provide direct one-on-one therapy to individuals with ASD Collect and record data on client progress and behavior Assist with the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans Collaborate with the BCBA and other team members to ensure consistency and effectiveness of interventions Use positive reinforcement techniques to promote skill acquisition and behavior change Conduct preference assessments and assist with functional behavior assessments
Requirements:
BT experience High school diploma or equivalent Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Ability to follow directions and implement behavior intervention plans accurately Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Patience and compassion when working with individuals with ASD Ability to work independently as well as part of a team Basic computer skills for data collection and reporting
