Job Description

Join the team at Exceptional Therapies! We are currently seeking motivated, compassionate, and energetic individuals to work with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder in our ABA clinic setting. This role utilizes principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to support children in developing communication, social, emotional regulation, play, and adaptive living skills in a supportive, collaborative environment. Team members work closely with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and interdisciplinary professionals to help children build meaningful skills and confidence. We are especially interested in candidates who are already certified Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) ; however, we are willing to train and support the right candidate through the RBT certification process.
Training includes:
40-hour online coursework Hands-on in-person training and supervision Ongoing support from experienced BCBAs Preparation for the RBT competency assessment and certification exam Ideal candidates are: Passionate about working with children Reliable, positive, and eager to learn Interested in behavioral health, psychology, education, social work, speech therapy, occupational therapy, or related fields Comfortable working in an active, child-centered environment
Preferred Qualifications:
Current RBT certification strongly preferred Experience working with children, autism spectrum disorder, or developmental disabilities is highly beneficial Experience in childcare, education, camp counseling, behavioral health, or related settings is a plus This is a great opportunity for individuals looking to gain hands-on clinical experience, grow within the field of ABA, and make a meaningful impact in the lives of children and families.
Pay:
$19.00 - $28.00 per hour
