Job Description

Job Title:
Certified Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) | Active BACB License Needed ($20-$30/hr)
Position Summary:
Infinity Healthcare Services is seeking an active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide direct, one-on-one behavioral support to individuals with developmental disabilities in a group home setting. Under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), the RBT implements individualized behavior intervention plans, collects data, and promotes skill development to enhance residents' independence and quality of life. Mandatory Requirements (Must be verified upon application):
Active BACB Certification:
Must hold a current, active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential issued by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB). (Applicants without an active BACB certification will not be considered.)
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Clearances:
Ability to pass mandatory background checks, abuse registry checks, and meet Montana agency requirements.
Certifications:
Active CPR / Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
Key Responsibilities:
Implement behavior intervention plans as designed by the BCBA to teach new skills and reduce challenging behaviors. Provide direct support and supervision to residents in group home and community settings. Accurately collect and record real-time data on resident behaviors and progress. Collaborate with families, caregivers, and clinical team members to ensure consistent implementation of behavior plans. Encourage and support the development of communication, self-help, and adaptive skills. Participate in team meetings, required training, and ongoing BCBA supervision. Maintain confidentiality and adhere strictly to ethical guidelines set by the BACB.
Compensation & Benefits:
Hourly Wage:
$20.00 - $30.00 / hour (Commensurate with active BACB status, years of experience, and specialized behavioral skill sets).

Provided BCBA supervision hours toward ongoing maintenance of your credential.
Work Environment:
Group home and community settings in Montana. Shift flexibility required (may include evening or weekend hours).
