Through individualized, evidence-based care, our multidisciplinary team supports each child's communication, independence, social development, and everyday life skills. Our services include center-based, in-home, and school-based ABA therapy; speech and occupational therapy; social skills programs; specialized groups and enrichment activities; and therapeutic swim. We partner closely with families to create a supportive environment where every child can learn, grow, connect, and thrive. Growing Together, Heart by Heart Position Summary Heart to Heart is seeking a compassionate and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing clinical team New Jersey. The BCBA will play an integral role in overseeing the clinical care of clients, developing individualized treatment plans, supervising and supporting RBTs, and partnering closely with families to help each child make meaningful progress. We are looking for someone who combines strong clinical judgment with a collaborative and hands-on approach. The ideal candidate is passionate about working with children with autism, enjoys mentoring and developing clinical staff, and is committed to delivering thoughtful, individualized care. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans based on each client's needs and goals. Develop, implement, and oversee behavior intervention plans and skill-acquisition programs. Provide ongoing clinical supervision and support to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and other members of the clinical team. Observe client sessions, review clinical data, and provide hands-on guidance and feedback to ensure high-quality implementation of treatment plans. Regularly analyze client data and progress and modify treatment goals and interventions as clinically appropriate. Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop appropriate behavior-reduction strategies. Provide parent and caregiver training to support the generalization of skills across home, school, and community settings. Collaborate closely with families, RBTs, and other members of the child's care team to provide coordinated and consistent care. Complete treatment plans, progress reports, session documentation, and other required clinical records accurately and in a timely manner. Assist with client intake, assessments, reassessments, and insurance authorization requirements as needed. Ensure clinical services are delivered in accordance with BACB standards, payer requirements, applicable regulations, and Heart to Heart's clinical standards. Participate in team meetings, case reviews, staff training, and ongoing professional development. Foster a positive, supportive, and collaborative environment for clients, families, and team members. Qualifications Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing. Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field. Experience providing ABA services to children with autism and developmental disabilities. Strong knowledge of functional assessment, behavior intervention, skill acquisition, and data-driven treatment planning. Experience supervising and mentoring RBTs preferred. Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills. Ability to build positive relationships with children, families, and team members. Commitment to ethical, compassionate, and high-quality clinical care. Ability to meet applicable New Jersey and insurance credentialing requirements.
Pay:
$80.00 - $90.00 per hour
