$21.00•$28.00 per hour Bonus Eligible Position Summary First Children Services is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our clinical team. Under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or other qualified clinical professional, the RBT will provide direct behavioral support services to children and adolescents in a variety of settings. The RBT will implement individualized treatment plans, collect data, support skill development, and collaborate with families and team members to help clients achieve meaningful goals. During training, team members may have opportunities to work with different clients and service settings, providing valuable experience and professional growth. Long-term client assignments are based on program needs and availability. Work Environment Services may be provided in: Schools Preschools Clinics Homes Community-based settings Work locations may vary based on client and program needs.
