Overview After-school hours in Roxbury Township 4-630pm Monday-Thursday Responsibilities Provide BCBA supervision and clinical oversight for ABA cases Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans Develop and modify skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs Analyze client data and make data-driven treatment decisions Provide ongoing supervision and training to behavior technicians Conduct parent/caregiver training Collaborate with families, staff, and other members of the treatment team Complete required clinical documentation in a timely manner Maintain ethical and professional standards in accordance with BACB requirements Qualifications Current BCBA certification Current New Jersey LBA license or eligibility to obtain/maintain licensure Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field Experience working with children with autism and developmental disabilities Strong communication, organization, and clinical decision-making skills Reliable transportation to Union City, NJ Why Join Little Steps by Liam ABA?
