As a key member of our clinical team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality, individualized services to children and families affected by Autism Spectrum Disorder and related developmental needs. Responsibilities:
Implement individualized treatment plans, utilizing evidence-based ABA practices, to promote skill development, functional communication, independence, and real-world outcomes for clients. Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team, including Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and other RBTs, to ensure seamless service delivery and continuous improvement. Document client progress, maintain accurate records, and participate in ongoing supervision and training to ensure clinical integrity and adherence to our high standards. Attend team meetings, staff development sessions, and professional conferences to stay current with best practices and expand your clinical knowledge and skills. Requirements:
