Job Description

Registered Behavior Technician Job Summary:
As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) at Mastermind Behavior Services, you will play a vital role in helping children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) achieve their full potential. Our team is dedicated to providing personalized Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to empower these individuals to express their needs, function independently, and cope in their environment. If you are passionate about making a meaningful difference in the lives of children and families, we encourage you to join our team.
Responsibilities:
Work one-on-one with children diagnosed with ASD in a home or clinic setting, implementing behavioral therapy plans designed by our Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) Collect and record data on client progress, providing detailed observations and recommendations for subsequent therapy sessions Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to develop and revise behavioral plans, ensuring individualized and effective treatment Maintain accurate records and documentation, adhering to industry standards and regulations Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with best practices and industry advancements About the
