Job Summary:
Imagination ABA Therapy, a BCBA-owned and operated Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) agency, is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Behavior Technician (BT) to join our team in the South Brunswick Township, New Jersey area. As a BT, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality, individualized services to children and families affected by Autism Spectrum Disorder and related developmental needs.Responsibilities:
Implement evidence-based ABA therapy interventions, including behavioral skills training, functional communication training, and data collection and analysis Work collaboratively with BCBAs and other team members to develop and implement personalized treatment plans Provide direct therapy services to clients in home, school, and community settings Maintain accurate records of client progress, treatment plans, and data collection Participate in ongoing supervision, training, and mentorship to ensure clinical integrity and continued professional growth Collaborate with families, schools, and other professionals to ensure seamless service coordination and delivery About theRole:
