Home‑based cases / Clinic cases About Circle Care Services Circle Care Services provides compassionate ABA therapy for children on the autism spectrum. We support our team with strong supervision, clear guidance, and a positive work environment. Whether you're already certified or working toward your RBT credential, we'll help you grow your skills and build a meaningful career in ABA and behavioral health. About the Role As a Behavior Technician or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you will work one‑on‑one with children in home, school, or clinic settings, implementing ABA programs designed by a supervising BCBA. Responsibilities Provide ABA therapy under BCBA supervision Follow treatment and behavior intervention plans Collect and track session data Support skill development and promote positive behavior Share progress with your clinical team
