Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
Implementing Behavior Plans:
Behavior technicians put into practice individualized behavior support plans, which may include teaching new skills and reducing challenging behaviors.
Data Collection:
They meticulously record data on client progress, tracking skill acquisition and behavior changes.
Collaboration:
They work closely with the BCBA and other professionals (e.g., therapists, teachers, parents) to ensure consistent and effective treatment.
Training:
In some cases, they may also train parents and caregivers on how to support the client's progress.
Communication:
They communicate regularly with the treatment team, providing updates on client progress and any challenges.
Job Type:
Part-time Pay:
$30.00 - $40.00 per hour
