Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) - after school M-F 2pm-5pm Little Steps by Liam ABA Kinnelon, NJ Join a Team That Celebrates Every Little Step. Little Steps by Liam ABA is a newly established, clinic and in home-based ABA provider dedicated to helping children with autism reach their fullest potential through compassionate, evidence-based care. Founded by two experienced Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)—Jessica Kay, MS, LBA and Heidi Gebhard, MS, LBA—our mission is to provide individualized therapy in a warm, supportive, and engaging environment where children, families, and staff feel valued. We believe that every child deserves the opportunity to learn, grow, and succeed—and every team member plays an important role in making that happen. Position Summary We are seeking compassionate, energetic, and motivated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our growing team. As an RBT, you will work one-on-one with young children with autism, implementing individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a BCBA. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a collaborative team that prioritizes quality therapy, professional growth, and meaningful relationships with children and families. Responsibilities Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children in our clinic or home settings Implement individualized behavior intervention and skill acquisition programs Collect accurate session data using electronic data collection software Collaborate closely with supervising BCBAs Maintain a positive, engaging, and therapeutic learning environment Communicate professionally with families and team members Follow all ethical and clinical standards established by the BACB Qualifications Required Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification High School Diploma or GED Reliable transportation Strong communication and interpersonal skills Preferred Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, Special Education, ABA, or a related field What We Offer Supportive BCBA supervision and mentorship Small, collaborative team environment Opportunities for professional growth Ongoing training and continuing education Consistent clinic schedule Positive, child-focused culture Modern, engaging therapy center The opportunity to make a lasting difference in the lives of children and families Why Little Steps by Liam?
