Little Steps by Liam ABA is a newly established, clinic and in home-based ABA provider dedicated to helping children with autism reach their fullest potential through compassionate, evidence-based care. Founded by two experienced Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)—Jessica Kay, MS, LBA and Heidi Gebhard, MS, LBA—our mission is to provide individualized therapy in a warm, supportive, and engaging environment where children, families, and staff feel valued. Position Summary We are seeking compassionate, energetic, and motivated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our growing team. As an RBT, you will work one-on-one with young children with autism, implementing individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a BCBA.
