RBT - In Home ABA Therapy Imagination ABA Therapy is a BCBA-owned and operated Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) agency committed to providing high-quality, ethical, and individualized services to children and families. Serving communities throughout New Jersey, we specialize in supporting individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder and related developmental needs using evidence-based ABA practices. About the
Role:
We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented RBT (Registered Behavior Technician) to join our In-Home ABA Therapy team in Vineland, New Jersey. As an RBT at Imagination ABA Therapy, you will work one-on-one with children and adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder, providing in-home ABA therapy sessions and supporting their skill development, functional communication, independence, and real-world outcomes.
Responsibilities:
Conduct in-home ABA therapy sessions with children and adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder Develop and implement individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Collect and record data on client progress and behavior Collaborate with BCBA's and other professionals to ensure effective treatment planning and implementation Maintain accurate and thorough records of client progress and treatment sessions Assist with scheduling and preparation for therapy sessions Provide support and guidance to parents and caregivers on implementing ABA strategies in various settings
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required Completion of a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) training program and certification Experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder and related developmental needs Ability to work independently and as part of a team Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to travel to clients' homes as needed
