Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Little Haven llc - 3.0 West Orange, NJ Job Details Part-time | Full-time | Contract $23 - $30 an hour 6 hours ago Benefits Relocation assistance Qualifications Behavioral interventions RBT Certification Working with individuals with neurodevelopmental disorders Working with children Direct support Implementing behavioral health therapy programs Organizational skills Home health Healthcare data collection Autism spectrum disorders support Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) for children Communication skills Home & community care experience Entry level Full Job Description We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children with autism and related developmental needs. Services are provided in the home and/or community settings.
Responsibilities:
Deliver direct ABA therapy under the supervision of a BCBA Implement individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention strategies Collect and record accurate session data Communicate regularly with supervisors and caregivers Participate in supervision and training sessions
Requirements:
Active RBT certification (or willingness to obtain) Experience working with children preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Reliable transportation Ability to work independently and follow clinical guidance
Schedule:
Flexible scheduling available (afternoons, evenings, and weekends)
Compensation:
Competitive hourly rates based on experience
