r44353-07052 Job Description School-Based RBT West Orange, NJ ProCare Therapy is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support students in a school setting in West Orange, NJ for the 20262027 school year . The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping students build positive behaviors and succeed academically and socially.

Responsibilities:

Provide direct behavioral support to students Implement individualized behavior intervention plans Track and document student progress Promote positive social and classroom behaviors Collaborate with teachers, BCBAs, and school staff

Requirements:

Current RBT certification required Experience working with children preferred Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to follow individualized behavior plans and collect data Interested?
