This position will focus on providing comprehensive ABA assessments, supervision, and direct services to children in Northern New Jersey. Your expertise will play a vital role in enhancing the lives of children and their families. Responsibilities Conduct thorough ABA assessments for children to develop individualized treatment plans. Provide direct supervision and support to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs). Monitor and evaluate client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary. Collaborate with families and other professionals to ensure comprehensive care. Maintain accurate medical documentation and records in compliance with regulations. Educate families on behavioral strategies and interventions to support their child's development. Requirements Current Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Experience working with children, particularly those with autism or other developmental disabilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with families and team members.
