The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various aesthetic treatments and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. This role involves working closely with clients to assess their needs, recommend appropriate treatments, and ensure a welcoming and relaxing environment. The Aesthetician will also be responsible for maintaining high standards of sanitation and hygiene while utilizing advanced techniques in skincare and beauty. Responsibilities Perform a variety of aesthetic treatments including facials, diamond glow, etc Provide expert advice on skincare routines and products tailored to individual client needs. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of treatment areas in compliance with health regulations. Manage front desk operations including scheduling appointments, handling client inquiries, and ensuring a smooth flow of services. Utilize salon software such as Patient Now for appointment management and client records. Engage in social media management to promote services and enhance the salon's online presence. Conduct product demonstrations and upsell retail products to clients. Collaborate with team members to create an inviting atmosphere that prioritizes guest services and satisfaction. Stay updated on industry trends, techniques, and products to provide the best possible service. Experience Proven experience as an Aesthetician or in a similar role within a med spa or salon environment is preferred. Strong knowledge of skincare treatments, color theory, makeup application, hair extensions, hair threading, deep tissue massage, tattooing, nail care, barbering, and hair styling. Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients effectively. Experience in retail sales and upselling techniques is highly desirable. Familiarity with sanitation practices and health regulations in the beauty industry. Management experience is a plus but not required; however, strong organizational skills are essential.
