We are excited to open our brand-new center in Woodbridge, New Jersey, and we are looking for an experienced, organized, and motivated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join us as one of the first clinical leaders of our new center. This is a unique opportunity for a BCBA who doesn't just want another position—but wants the opportunity to help launch a new center, build a strong clinical culture, and make their own professional imprint from the very beginning. What We're Looking For The ideal candidate is clinically experienced, highly organized, detail-oriented, and an excellent communicator. You will serve as an important point of contact for our families, so we are looking for someone who can communicate confidently, build strong relationships, and bring positive, enthusiastic energy when speaking with parents and staff. Why Join SOS Woodbridge? At Success On The Spectrum, we strongly value work/life balance and clinical quality. Our BCBAs generally work Monday-Friday, 7:45 AM-5:00 PM, with minimal work taken home. Each BCBA is supported by an intern and maintains a maximum caseload of 12 full-time clients, allowing you to focus on providing high-quality clinical care. Our clinical leadership team provides additional support and coverage so that our BCBAs can take their vacation time without worrying about leaving their caseload unsupported. We are also proud of our commitment to billing transparency. Nothing is billed to insurance without BCBA approval. Career Growth Opportunity Joining SOS Woodbridge at the beginning gives you an exciting opportunity to grow alongside the center. We are looking for someone who wants to take ownership, help establish a strong clinical foundation, mentor their team, and develop as a leader.
