Job Description

Links ABA Therapy is seeking a part-time RBT/Behavior Technician in Iselin to provide ABA therapy to children with autism from 5-8 PM. In this child-centered role, you will deliver 1:1 sessions, implement behavior and skill-building programs designed by a BCBA, and collect accurate data to track progress. You'll collaborate with a supportive, multidisciplinary team, receive ongoing training and supervision, and help families build meaningful daily living, communication, and social skills in a structured, evidence-based environment. Responsibilities Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism in clinic or home settings Implement individualized behavior intervention and skill acquisition plans Collect accurate session data and document progress in a timely manner Follow treatment plans designed by a BCBA and communicate observations Support development of communication, social, and daily living skills Use positive behavior supports and follow safety and clinical protocols Collaborate with supervisors, therapists, and family members Participate in supervision, ongoing training, and performance feedback Maintain professional, ethical, and confidential conduct at all times Ensure session materials and environment are prepared and conducive to learning Required Skills Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) implementation Behavior intervention plan execution Data collection and progress tracking Discrete Trial Training (DTT) Natural Environment Teaching (NET) Behavior management and de-escalation Therapeutic play-based instruction Parent and caregiver collaboration Electronic health records documentation Adherence to HIPAA and clinical protocols
