Above and Beyond Learning Group (ABLG) is a therapeutic intervention agency specializing in delivering Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to individuals with Autism and related disorders, from ages 18 months to 21 years since 2003. An experienced team provides ABA services at our center locations in Wyckoff and Fairfield, New Jersey, as well as in homes, private and public schools and community settings. As an NJ State-approved agency by the Department of Education, ABLG is committed to delivering best practices in ABA therapy while offering comprehensive support for families and teams. Additional services, including Speech-Language Pathology and Occupational Therapy, include functional behavior assessments, parent training, school district consultations, and workshops to enhance community education and family integration.

On-site and home positions for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA): Please inquire regarding part-time hourly salary. For Full-time in center position
Salary Range:
$80k-$95k Annually. Key Responsibilities for the BCBA will be responsible for: Developing, implementing, and monitoring individualized, evidence-based ABA treatment plans for clients aged 18 months to 21 years. Delivering behavior reduction strategies and skills acquisition programming. Conducting comprehensive assessments using a variety of assessment platforms, including Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs). Providing direct supervision and training to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Behavior Technicians (BTs). Conducting effective parent training to promote generalization of skills across environments. Providing consultation and collaboration with school districts and other team members. Monitoring client progress through ongoing data analysis and making timely adjustments to interventions. Maintaining thorough, accurate, and timely clinical documentation and reports. Adhering to ethical guidelines and best practices in ABA.
Qualifications:
BCBA certification and licensure (or eligibility for licensure) in New Jersey is required. Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field. Strong expertise in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and behavior reduction planning. Experience conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA) and Functional Analyses and teaching executive functioning skills to clients. Skills in supervising ABA therapists, comprehensive case management, and data-driven decision-making. Ability to deliver effective parent training and provide consultation to school districts. Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills (written and verbal). Experience working with individuals with Autism or related disorders is strongly preferred. CPR/First Aid certification is an asset. Must have excellent time-management skills.
