Soliant Education Soliant Education is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support students and school teams in the Albuquerque, NM area. This is an excellent opportunity for a BCBA who is passionate about helping students succeed academically, socially, and behaviorally in a school-based setting. Full-time availability is preferred, but qualified part-time BCBAs are encouraged to apply. Position Responsibilities Provide behavioral assessment, intervention, and consultation services for students. Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans. Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) as appropriate. Collect and analyze behavioral data and use findings to guide interventions. Collaborate with teachers, related service providers, administrators, and families. Provide staff consultation, training, and behavioral support. Monitor student progress and adjust interventions based on data. Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with school and professional requirements. Qualifications Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or a related field. Current BCBA certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB). Experience working with children. Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary school team. Ability and qualifications to supervise RBTs Position Highlights Full-time preferred; part-time applicants considered School-based opportunity in the Albuquerque area Contract position (W2) through Soliant Education Compensation for this position ranges from $45/hr to $65/hr.
