9700172-87048 Job Description Step into a rewarding opportunity supporting students in a specialized social/emotional program near Corrales, NM! We're seeking dedicated Educational Assistants and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to make a meaningful impact in the classroom setting. This contract position runs ASAP through May 28th, with a full-time schedule of 37.5 hours per week and several openings available. Within these classrooms, you'll work in an impactful, small group environmenttypically just 3 to 4 students per room, accompanied by a teacher and another educational assistant. This program is designed for students whose behavioral needs require additional support beyond whats provided in their home schools, allowing you to build close connections and truly see the results of your work each day.

What We're Looking For:

Current certification as an RBT or experience working as a Paraprofessional or Behavior Specialist Passion for working with students who have emotional and behavioral challenges Strong teamwork and communication skills Ability to work collaboratively within a small classroom setting Flexibility and patience in supporting individualized student needs Commitment to maintaining a safe, positive, and inclusive environment
