Qualifications/Desired Experience:

Current BCBA certification required Previous experience in educational settings is a plus, though not mandatory Strong understanding of behavior intervention strategies and IEP processes Exceptional communication skills and ability to collaborate with teachers, families, and support staff Commitment to fostering inclusive, empowering, and positive learning environments

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct functional behavior assessments and design data-driven intervention plans Provide ongoing support, consultation, and training to school staff and families Monitor student progress, adjusting interventions as needed to promote success Participate in IEP meetings, collaborating to set achievable and impactful goals for students Document and report on outcomes, ensuring compliance with all relevant guidelines and best practices
