Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in an in-person setting, with the possibility of a hybrid schedule. In this role, you will design, implement, and supervise individualized behavioral intervention plans for children and adolescents with developmental disabilities, including autism spectrum disorders. Your expertise will help improve clients' quality of life by applying evidence-based practices rooted in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). You will collaborate closely with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive support and positive outcomes. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments, including Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA) and diagnostic evaluations, to identify client needs and develop tailored intervention strategies Design and oversee individualized treatment plans based on ABA principles that promote skill development and reduce problematic behaviors Collect, analyze, and document data meticulously to monitor client progress and adjust interventions as needed Provide direct behavioral therapy sessions in various settings such as homes, schools, or clinics, ensuring adherence to ethical standards and best practices Train and supervise behavior technicians or paraprofessionals to maintain consistency and fidelity in intervention delivery Collaborate with families, educators, medical professionals, and other stakeholders to coordinate care plans and facilitate effective communication Maintain accurate medical documentation, client records, and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations for confidentiality and privacy Experience Proven experience working with children or adolescents with disabilities, especially those on the autism spectrum or with neurodevelopmental disorders Strong background in applied behavior analysis (ABA), behavioral health, and behavioral psychological assessments Experience conducting functional assessments such as Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA) and functional analyses Familiarity with medical terminology, medical records management, and documentation standards for healthcare providers Home-based behavioral experience is highly desirable, along with school experience supporting children with disabilities Prior clinical supervision of behavior technicians or related staff is preferred Knowledge of HIPAA compliance, medical documentation procedures, and working within interdisciplinary teams is essential This role is perfect for passionate professionals eager to apply their expertise in a rewarding environment dedicated to improving lives through evidence-based behavioral interventions.
