Role:

We're seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in Kewa Pueblo, NM. As an RBT, you'll work one-on-one with children and adolescents, implementing behavioral interventions and strategies to promote positive behaviors, social skills, and emotional regulation.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

Implementing individualized behavior plans and adaptations Collecting and recording data on client progress Communicating with parents, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals Maintaining a safe and organized work environment Collaborating with our multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care
