Skill Sprouts ABA is looking for caring, dependable Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to help children with autism and developmental disabilities build meaningful skills and reach their goals. Whether you're an experienced RBT or have experience working with children, education, special education, or similar fields, we'd love to meet you! What You'll Do Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children in their homes, schools, and community settings. Follow individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Teach communication, social, play, independence, and daily living skills. Collect accurate data during therapy sessions and track client progress. Build positive relationships with children and families. Communicate regularly with your BCBA and clinical team. Maintain accurate, confidential documentation in compliance with HIPAA. What We're Looking For Current RBT certification preferred , or willingness to obtain certification if required. Experience working with children, especially children with autism or developmental disabilities, preferred. Patient, compassionate, dependable, and positive attitude. Strong communication and willingness to learn and accept feedback. Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client homes, schools, and community settings. Ability to pass a background check.
